Mark Stuart, CSP - Keynote Speaker
Mark is a sought-after speaker, trainer, and executive coach, specialising in Leadership and Innovation, based in Singapore.
Mark is Co-Founder of Anagram Group, a corporate training company which won the British Chamber of Commerce's "Future of Work" award at the 19th Annual Business Awards in September 2018 for their work in helping organisations transform through Innovation, Design Thinking and Ideathons.
Mark works with over 150 government and corporate clients in Singapore, Asia and the UK through his training company, through Innovation keynote speeches, Innovation workshops, Ideathons in a wide range of industries ranging from finance, to tech, to education.
Mark also designs and delivers Innovation, Soft-skills, leadership, management workshops for corporates and government agencies in Singapore, Asia and around the world. He is also a leadership and executive coach for C-level executives in Asia.
Prior to Anagram, Mark has had over 15 years of international management and investment banking experience in the UK, Australia and Asia for Morgan Stanley, Schroders, Goldman Sachs, Abbey National and Salomon Brothers.
Mark has led large award-winning international teams across 3 continents where he was a Global and Regional department director, and managed teams from Singapore, China, India and Japan. Mark graduated from the University of Surrey with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Computing.
Mark is a Professional Member of the Asia Professional Speakers Singapore, Group Representative of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore, Entrepreneur & Small Business Committee and a Committee Member - Finance & Insurance Focus Group, Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI).
Liyana Stuart - Director of Marketing & Client Relations
Liyana co-founded Anagram Group with her husband Mark, and drives all of its sales, client relationships, and digital marketing. Liyana also manages Anagram's Digital Marketing & Design team.
Prior to Anagram, Liyana had 12 years of experience in a variety of communications and sales roles including business journalism, media relations, marketing and sponsorship sales.
Liyana started her career as a business journalist and Content Editor of Singapore Business Review - the youngest ever to attain the title. Her writing portfolio also includes articles from The Straits Times, TODAY, Asian Power, Asian Mobile News, Infrastructure South-east Asia, Medical Grapevine and other lifestyle magazines.
She then went on to Public Relations, and worked for the PR team of Hong Leong Group -- a multi-billion dollar property, hotel and finance conglomerate before she worked at the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (AmCham) for 5 years.
As the Head of Communications & Corporate Relations for AmCham, she managed media relations, wrote speeches, publications and policy papers, and managed the Chamber's sponsorships worth $200,000 annually, and strategic relationships with the media and large U.S. corporates.
She has marketed over 1,000 business events in 5 years and worked on Public Relations for high-profile events featuring notable speakers such as US government officials, CEOs and regional business leaders.

As a Digital Marketing Executive for Anagram Group, Dilansha has leads online marketing such as Online Marketing Campaigns, Social Media Marketing Strategy and Social Media, an integral part of Anagram's Marketing strategy.
She has a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from Amity University. She began her career in Digital Marketing for a start-up.
