Mark Stuart, CSP is a Singapore-based keynote speaker, corporate educator and Co-Founder of Anagram Group, a corporate training company headquartered in Singapore.
Known for his energetic, thought-provoking and highly engaging presentations, Mark speaks internationally on AI, Leadership, Innovation and The Future of Work helping organisations navigate disruption, strengthen leadership capability and prepare their people for a rapidly evolving world.
Originally from the UK, Mark is a Singapore PR (Permanent Resident) and he has spent over 16 years working closely with organisations across Singapore and Asia, supporting multinational companies, government-linked organisations and leadership teams through periods of transformation, uncertainty and technological change. His work reflects a deep understanding of both the global forces reshaping business and the uniquely dynamic environment of Singapore as a regional hub for innovation, finance and enterprise.
Married to a Singaporean and a father to boy-girl twins, Mark has built both his professional and personal life in Singapore, giving him a grounded appreciation of the country’s multicultural identity, fast-evolving economy and strong emphasis on education, adaptability and future-readiness.

Prior to co-founding Anagram Group with his wife, Mark accumulated more than 15 years of international management and investment banking experience across the United Kingdom, Australia and Asia with organisations including Morgan Stanley, Schroders, Goldman Sachs, Abbey National and Salomon Brothers.

Throughout his corporate career, Mark led large award-winning international teams across three continents, serving as both a Global and Regional Department Director. He managed multicultural teams spanning Singapore, China, India and Japan, giving him first-hand insight into the leadership, communication and organisational challenges faced by modern global businesses.
Mark graduated from the University of Surrey with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Computing. He also serves as a Group Representative of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore, Entrepreneur & Small Business Committee, reflecting his continued involvement in Singapore’s business and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
